1#. Jetpack Settings :
If you’ve access to your WordPress blog, head to Jetpack > Settings > Security > Brute force attack protection and whitelist your IP. Now enter the IP address which Jetpack WordPress plugin blocked to whitelist your IP.
Copy and paste the following URL and replace domain.com with the actual domain.
Now enter your username and password to login into Your WordPress blog. If the above URL shows dashboard, follow the method 1 to whitelist your IP address in Jetpack settings.
3#. cPanel Settings :
In case you’re unable to login into WordPress blog, you need to edit WP_confg file to whitelist your IP. You can also refer official solution to fix error “Jetpack has locked your site’s login page“.
Login to your FTP via FileZilla or your cPanel FTP manager, and open your wp_config file, which is in the root of your WordPress installation. Head to cPanel > File Manager > Public html, scroll down to find wp-config.php file and click edit. Add these lines after <?php.
Note : Just make sure u re not using the inverted comma but a single quote sign
Replace x.x.x.x with your own IP
